Today we close Kimberly Brooks' exhibition, Mom's Friends. The show was reviewed in the Los Angeles Times, Huffington Post and C Magazine. Kimberly has also been comissioned to paint a portrait of Rhonda, an Indian white rhinoceros at the LA Zoo for the upcoming cover of Zoo View, a quarterly magazine. Rhonda is sharing the limelight with Clara, another Indian white rhino, painted by Jean-Baptiste Oudry in 1749 and recently restored by the Getty Museum for their upcoming exhibition "Oudry's Painted Menagerie." A profile of Kimberly Brooks will appear in the May issue of Lemonade Magazine. |

Kyle Field recently participated in an artist/musician residency at Le Confort Moderne in Poitiers, France. Kyle is also in a group show curated by Yves Brochard & Vincent d'Houndt with Raymond Pettibone and Daniel Johnston at Random Gallery in Paris. Look out for Kyle's first book due out later this year. |

Andrew Schoultz's exhibition Loud and Quiet was reviewed by Annie Buckley in the March issue Artweek. Andrew was also featured in the latest issues of Juxtapoz and Kitchen Sink. He is currently in Cologne participating in KölnShow2, an exhibiton spanning 18 galleries in Cologne and curated by Nicolaus Schafhausen and Florian Waldvogel. His new book, Ulysses: Departures Journeys and Returns (Park Life, San Francisco) is an amazing 180 pages of paintings, drawings, murals, photos, and sketchbook material. We have a limited supply of signed copies available at the gallery. In May, you can view his site specific installation at 25 Bold Moves, an exhibition that brings together works by 25 outstanding emerging artists in Los Angeles, curated by Simon Watson and Craig Hensala of Scenic. |

Sasha Bezzubov's Things Fall Apart closes today at The Front Room Gallery in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
